I have seen these ghost lights. They appear a few miles north of Dover Arkansas.
I've seen them on more than once. There is a look out on the side of the road looking down in a valley. Below is the Piney Creek. They are most often seen on the steep mountain side across the river. They are no houses, no roads or any thing else there. Just a forest covered mountain side. Sometimes there is just one. Sometimes there is more. Ive seen them move. Ive seen them get bright then dim. They look like there is people down there with a flash light going through the woods. It looks like there light disappears behind trees and then reapears. I do not think this is the case. People referr to them as the Dover Lights. People who have not seen them says that its problally light reflecting off the creek. I don't think so. What is it?
I don't have a clue.
