I know this is a UFO free site but I love UFO's and I think you would
get more response if it was to include things like "goverment coverups".

photos concern. There have been many reported hauntings in the White House.
A good book which mentions the hauntings is The Encyclopedia of Ghosts
by Daniel Cohen.

my friends sister used to work on the queen mary (long beach, ca)
the stories that they tell of things that go bump in the night are
not fake!!! i think she quit because of sounds and paranormal activity that
just scared her too much. howling, whistling, ghostlike figures, ballroom
music, and even bubble noises.

I think this is a wonderful sight! I am 17 n into ghost etc. Most people
call me a freak when they find out I live in a haunted house for 4 years
n not knowing it till you move into that bed room n hear it talken to you.

Perhaps the only thing that prevents me from showering
you with compliments is that the site is not quite enough of
a good thing! It would be especially nice to see a wider
selection of "Haunted Placed You Can Visit". All-in-all,
though, I really enjoyed it!
PS Did you know that there was an A&E (I know, I know!)
special that had a segment about the Whaley House? I
was really surprised to see it listed!

The only thing I would change is the wallpaper background...the tombstones get
a little redundant after awhile....but the website itself is great!

Hi,
I'm not usually a sceptic, but if you look at the picture titled "Brown
lady of Raynham Hall" you can see a shadow to the left of the ghost on
the wall of the stairway. It looks to be the same hieght and outline of
the ghost. Maybe it's just me, but I'm curious about the authenticity
of the picture..
Just some thoughts.....

Obiwan notes: You are not the only one to notice strange
things about that photo. Other people have seen faces and shadows too. It
has been noted that the photo would be quite easy to fake. However, I have
yet to come upon a source which mentions evidence of fakery. I have heard
a rumor that the photographer faked the picture after he saw a *real* ghost
on those stairs... but frustratingly, I have never found this story in print.
If anyone knows where I can find it, let me know!
