Subject: Ghost car...
I have recently found this page, and this stuff is quite interesting to me... I have always been interested in this kind of stuff, but nothing "ghostly" had ever happened to me until a couple of years ago. I will begin with a little of the background and then tell my tale. It isn't much, but it was a little freaky.
After my first semester of college back in December of 1995 I needed to find a job for some spending money during the school year. So, my brother was the manager at a pizza place in Utica, New York.... needless to say, he got me a job delivering pizza's... I would usually just work the week-end's, and I worked from 4 o'clock in the afternoon to 2 o'clock in the morning on most shifts. Well, in the beginning of January('96) I had a very bizzare experience. I had just taken a delivery somewhere and I was on my way back to the store... I exited the main highway that runs through Utica and pulled up to the stoplight. The intersection was very quiet, probably due to the time in the morning(approximately 12:45am)... the evening itself was very calm and still. It was bitter cold and snow covered the ground. Anyways... right after I had stopped at the intersection waiting for the light to turn green, the bright glare of headlights shone into my car from the rear. They had appeared from out of nowhere it seemed, behind me on the exit ramp... I thought to myself, well, I must not have been paying too much attention... But then the "car" pulled very close up to my back bumper and I was wondering what the heck the person was doing... so, I glanced into the rear view mirror and it was really bright, so I looked down at the driver's side mirror and the car was gone. I looked up quickly trying to make sense of it and out of the corner of my eye I saw the "car" next to me... I could only see the front of the car at first and it had an odd look to it... I didn't really think too much of that because I was busy trying to figure out how that car pulled up there so quickly without hitting me... that may be a strange thought for most people, but I am an engineer and I just think that way... I couldn't figure out how it would have pulled around me being that close and there is no way it had enough time to back up and then pull forward out of my view in the time it took me to look down from the rearview mirror to the side mirror... so this had me puzzled, but meanwhile, it pulled up further next to my car. I almost flipped out when I saw the driver... he was staring at me with this odd look on his face and he was shining a little bit... not really glowing, but there was light around him... it wasn't a light from inside "his" car or any light from outside... it was a very unnatural looking light that seemed to emanate from "him"... there was just a very strange quality to him... While I stared in amazement he just looked at me with that God-awful grin and I couldn't hardly believe what I was seeing... finally, the light changed, and who knows how long it had been green, but I finally realized I could go and I went to take off... I drove straight across the intersection, and I assumed that he must have turned right because he wasn't beside me, but when I looked up the road to the right there was nothing there... it was gone. As quickly as it had appeared, it was gone! I wasn't scared or anything, but I knew it was not something normal that I had just seen...
This story is the absolute truth!!! I never have, and never will take ANY drugs... there was no hallucinations or an over-active imagination... IT HAPPENED!!! When I got back to work, which was almost in sight of the "happening" I told my brother what had happened... he just made fun of me and said, Yeah, Right!

P.S.- Does anyone else ever dream something and then have it happen later on... that happens to me a lot... I will dream something one night and then live it 2 days, 4 months, or even 1 year or more later... it is really weird... I don't know if it is some kind of power or what, but it definitely happens. These aren't exactly "ghost" stories, but they are quite eerie... I have quite a few of them to tell, if anyone is interested.
