Hello everyone. The story i am about to tell you is brought up from time to time in my neighborhood. Alot of the older kids like to tell stories to the youngr kids just to scare them.
Anyway, there is an old house not far from my home. About four blocks or so. it looks like it's been abandoned for some time now. It is pretty empty inside, just some old boards and some paintings. The paintings by the way are very creapy. Walking around them, the eyes seem to follow you.
Well, One day a buddy of mine and long time friend, decided to become macho men and explore the house. We entered through a broken glass window in the back. As we entered, we felt a sense of uneasiness. We explored the house, although we were both very uncomfortable. As we got to the second floor, things started moving around in the basement. we were both scared sh*tless. Footsteps then started coming up the basement stairs. Scared out of our minds, we raced out of the house.
The legend that floats around is that a family used to live there. A man, his wife, and son. well, one night the boy decided t sleep over a friends house. As the night wore on...the boy forgot something, and went hom to get it.
The boy's parents were both asleep when theboys father was awoken by him being there. The father went down in the basment with his shotgun(apparently thats where the boy entered) as a shadow stared coming up the stairs. The man fired his gun. Then turning on the light, he realized he had killed his own son. Overwhealmed with shock, the man then killed himself..
