In 1975 my brothers and I atended the same small college. Being singers, we were members of a small travelling vocal group for the college. Also in the group were a young married couple named Pat and Margie.

After about a year of marriage Margie was tragically killed in an auto accident. We were all greatly saddened by the loss of our friend and Pat did what he could to make a home for his young daughter by himself.

About 6 months later, My brothers, myself and a few other friends from college were attending a concert. We had seats quite high in the balcony, but were excited and having a wonderful time visiting prior to the show. We expected many of our friends to attend and kept our eyes pealed for their arrival so we could get them to join us in our area.

I saw Pat step out of a balcony entrance, he turned and saw us, smiled and began the climb up the steps to where we sat. I had stopped watching him though because when he stepped through the balcony entrance his dead wife, Margie was right beside him, also smiling and climbing the steps with him.

I was shocked and could only stare, open-mouthed. After a moment I spun around to face my brothers and friends. They, too were staring at the, apparently living, Margie. Suddenly, about 12 feet from us, Margie stepped behind Pat as though moving around some of the crowd, and completely vanished.

I asked all my group whether they had seen what I had seen and they all expressed the same shock at seeing Margie, alive and with her husband. We looked all around but saw no sign of her as Pat joined us.

Not knowing how to place the subject, we asked Pat who it was that he had arrived with. He stated that he had come alone and hadn't seen any lady beside him other than the crowd as they found seats for the concert. Feeling that it might be too hurtful to mention we never told Pat that it was Margie we had seen with him that day.
