Hi ya.

I've decided to share a story that has haunted me to this day. Infact I have a few really. so turn the lights down, put the music on quiet and prepare to read. I promise you that these stories are true, and that I was there.

1. THE CHILD WITH NO NAME, NO FAMILY

I have been apart of a youth organisation for sometime now. We take kids twice a year for a week out to the middle of nowhere and let them run wild. Let them do what kids do best. It isn't just any camp let me explain. These children under the age of 12 are from abusive families ect. So the leadership we have at the camp is fantastic. The children are neurtured and loved, every single one of them has different needs. By the end of the week the leaders are tired, bruised and ready for a hot bath.

Anyway back to what happened one night two years ago.

On the grounds of the camp there is a river. Because it was the winter camp the children were not allowed anywhere near the river, they knew that and God bless them it was about he only rule they obeyed. Being threatened with being sent home really does work with children that have such a background. One little boy, lets name him Andrew, came down with tummy bug. Andrew wasn't one of the children that caused problems, just a kid that was quiet and very drawn in. He was sent to his room and told to get ready for bed. A camp leader waited outside his door untill he Andrew gave the all clear. Well Andrew didn't give the all clear. the team leader called for another team leader to come and assist (You are not allowed in a childs room by yourself). Another team leader arrived and they went in. Andrew was no longer in his room but the window was open.

Anyway to cut a long story short. We had about 6 team leaders out looking. My self and another girl, Emma were teamed up together, and we took the lower camp site. It was thought but not voiced that he may have gone down to the river, which was in full flood. A thought that sent chills really. but we both headed down that way not saying what we were both thinking. Then it came. A scream, not just any scream, there was a child in the river that was going under. His screams were piercing and then would stop and start agian. There was no doubt that it came from the river. There was no doubt that who was screaming was in the river.

When you hear that you can do what ever it takes when adreniline starts up, you better believe it. Us two girls where hurdling bared wired fences. Two electrical fences, and heaps of bushs etc. I have never moved so fast in my life and I could feel my heart so strong, so fast.

We got to the river the screams were now further down stream, then they stopped. There was pain in my heart when they stopped. We started to run up to the top camp and we were greeted by the other 4 team leaders heading down. All who had heard the screams.

We got back up to the camp and got on the radio, notifiying the police that a child of 11 was in the river. My god there was such fear, but such control that night. We got in a circle and prayed. i don't know why, but it was such comfort.

About 10 minutes before the police arrived a team leader was down checking on the kids. who was wrapped up warmly in bed? Andrew. Oh it was such relief to see him.....He was dry, even though it was raining outside. but there was still a kid in the river, our head count showed it was none of ours.

The camp down the river rang, they too had heard the screams.

All the way down the river people had heard the screams. There was a net set up at the end of the river that was placed on the first call. Well before a child being swept down the river could have got there. No body turned up. There was no body to ever be turned up.

The last people to hear the childs screams in the river was about 1 km from the mouth, where the net was. An extensive search was done over this last 1 kim, including divers and shore patrol. No body, no person declared missing, no child.

To this day I question what the heck happened. To this day I still have no idea.

IT IS WRITTEN ON YOUR FOREHEAD!!!?

My boyfriend and I decided to go to a spiritualist church. For the hell of it and to see what goes on with these things.

We arrived late and sat down at the back, very quietly as to not disturb what was going on. anyway my eyes were rolling the whole time. At the end a lady came up to us and asked does the name Craig mean anything to you? It was my boyfriends name. Craig replied yes, but didn't even bother to say that it was his name. i thought she may have over heard me talking to him or something. So again my eyes rolled to the back of my head. She then asked if the 21st was a number that meant anything to us. Craig's Birthday. Of course we replied yes. mind you any day could have meant something to us in some way. So the eyes went to work again. Then she said that these two questions meant something, there was going to be an accident, there was a corner, there is speed and someone is hurt badly.

Well we went home and thought nothing of it. 3 months later on the 21st, Craig was driving around a corner and hit an old lady that had started to cross the road!

My eyes don't roll back so often now.

MY GRANDAD, MY DREAM.

My family now lives in New Zealand and I'm the first generation to born out of Scotland. I never met my grandad, but I know I would have loved him. Why? Read on. one night I had a dream.

I was in a bakery, my grandad was there, we brought some donuts etc. The lady behind the counter knew my name and called my Grandad by his first name. she said she would meet up with us later. We stayed in the shop for a while as I admired the donut machine by the window and looked around. We then left and went outside to talk. I can remember what was outside. There was a tram up the hill a little, a factory wall on the far side, with a coke ad painted onto it. There were old fashioned lamposts and a shops that were packed together with houses.

We talked as we walked down the street, I can remember the things he told me. He told me that when a man hurts me, I shall never fall into the weakness that will follow, I must be strong, like my mother was. he went on about a few other things that have stayed imbedded in my mind. Anyway............I woke up and told my Mother, Grandad being her father. She asked me to explain what the shop looked like, I could still remember the name of it and described the whole place in detail. Even the lace used to the bell above the door. My mother went white. She picked up the phone almost straight away. I wondered off. Two weeks later my Mother called me into the study and asked me to look at some photos. In them was the bakery that I has seen in my dream, my Gran stood outside it with her arm around my Grandfather. Gran was dressed exactly as in my dream, but my Grandfather as dressed different. She then produced some photos of inside the bakery. Again it was exactly the same. I asked where she had got the photos from, thinking that I must have seen them and then dreampt about it. They had arrived from Scotland that morning from my Aunty's.

A year later I was raped, by a man. and my mother confessed through tears that she could help me, because she too had been raped at about my age. She could teach me to be strong as she had been. I while later when I was talking to my mother I asked who had helped her when she was raped. Her reply..Grandad.

If there is such a thing as angels, My grandad is mine. I feel safe for he was a very big strong man.

Well that is about the end of my stories, but I would love to hear some feed back on these. Never before have I shared these, but now I do. There must be others out there that have had the same kind of thing. Please respond. Those who don't believe me or have some logical explaination I would love to hear it. Again please respond.

I thank you all for reading this
