We bought our house at an auction in 1977. Over the period of 10 yrs several unual things have happened to us. My husband and I had 4 children, two since we moved into this house. After we had lived here for less than a year the neighborhood children told my son that someone had killed himself in our bathroom. I asked the neighbor about it and she told us this was true, that the lady that used to live here had two husbands and that the first husband had shot himself in the head in our bathroom and killed himself.
On one occasion we found an old picture of a grandma turned upside down under our stairs under some shelving paper. We removed the picture and gave it to a member of the family of the old woman whom had lived here before us. Her son said it was not his relative but belonged to the family of her first husband. This would be the one that killed himself. Over sometime my oldest daughter has seen a glowing vision of this very same lady at the end of our hallway. She said it was glowing and she was so scared she pulled her covers over her head and was afraid to call to us. She was about 12yrs old at the time. Several months later my oldest son said he saw the same thing at the end of the same hallway. I was sceptical as to the truth of these stories at the time. Somewhile later our family went on a camping trip and my oldest daughter stayed home alone. She was about 14yrs at the time. She told us that she was watching tv and it felt like something had pulled her hair but she didn't think anything of it. Then she went into the kitchen and all the cabinets flew open at the same time.
She fled the house to her friends home. I was still skeptical as to whether she was telling the whole truth. A few times pictures have come off of the walls in other rooms while we were in the house for no reason. Also a shelf came off of the rack and everything on it broke. No one was in the room at the time.
As for myself, several times as I was lying in bed I felt like something was touching on my legs very lightly. I told myself that I was imagining this, but I am not so sure.
Just about two weeks ago three of the our lights in our bathroom above the mirror came unscrewed to the point to where they were about to fall out in a matter of seconds when I left the room and had returned. No one else could have gone in there because I was just outside the door. The same thing happened again today after I had been in the bathroom. I am beginning to think that all of the things my children had been telling me were true after all of this happened to me.
