Subject: Short Story Part 2

Hi again -

I forgot to tell you about a couple experiences I had before Chelmsford. So, really, this is the prequel to Short Story.

I've always been interested in parapsychology, and (as far as I can tell) I've always had "flashes" - sudden feelings or intuitions which guide me to the correct decision. Some times I can control the powers, but it's kind of erratic. Anyway, clairvoyance, precognition, some procognition, and mild telepathy seem to be the extent of my psychic powers.

I lived in Arlington, MA before Chelmsford. In the first BIG house my family lived in, I used to get my flashes - feelings of danger, mainly, in that house. It was a Victorian, and I got impressions of dark pasts. Anyway, I think it was New Years Eve when the following happened: I was at the doorway of the 2nd floor bathroom when I saw a human figure dash past the door. I couldn't make out any distinguishing features, but it appeared male. My dad checked and there was no evidence of any strange activity.

After that, we moved out of the house (due to a dispute with the landlord, don't ask), and into an apartment in the complex we currently live in. Whenever I entered the bathroom, I felt a TREMENDOUS feeling of dread. I also thought I saw things in that bathroom, but I can't describe them. Faces, I think.

During my stay in the apartment, I recieved the priesthood of my church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, whose members are called Mormons), and after Chelmsford, I began praying for protection of my residences from such spirits. I have not had any more ghost experiences.
