Hello Obiwan,
We talk again. :)
Actually, something similar to that happened to me. Most of my friends are boys and in high school, we were all soccer crazy. One afternoon, we were all going for the School's soccer team tryouts, our coach was there supervising. After about 2 hours, he called for a break. During the break, Simon, my best friend, and I decided we wanted to kick a ball around just for practice. So we were pretty much enjoying ourselves and our practise-game got a little competitive. The ball kicked out of play, Simon got to it first. As Simon was about to kick the ball to the other end of the field, somehow, to me, he seemed to be moving in S-L-O-W--M-O-T-I-O-N. I saw the ball suspended in mid-air. Somehow, I managed to reach out and pluck the ball right out of the air and just as suddenly, things went back to normal speed. Simon kicked empty air, lost balance and fell backwards. Simon and I looked at each other blankly, then we heard some of our friends gasping and freaking out... That brought us back to our senses. We looked over at the group of people, everyone was freaking out. Until that moment, we had thought it was just all in our over stressed minds. The coach looking rather pale came up to us and said, "What the hell was that???" We didn't know how to respond. Then he continued, "Simon, you looked like you were moving in slow motion, the ball...it was suspended in mid air and (looking at me) you...you seemed to be moving in fast forward speed...". We were all very shaken up by that experience. The coach actually prosponed the rest of the try outs until the next day.
I have absolutely no idea what happened that day. No explanation at all. It was just freaky. It could have been adrenalin...who knows.
