Submissions

Thank you so much for your interest in adding your experience or knowledge to ghosts.org. This page would not be the same without reader submissions. I've recently streamlined the submission process and simplified the rules in an effort to attract more quality submissions. Please read below before submitting a story or article. Thanks!

All submissions should be mailed in plain text to obiwanghoststories@gmail.com.

Rules for submitting stories or informational articles

1. Stories must be true to the best of your knowledge.
2. Stories must not have been published for profit.
3. Stories and articles must not be plagiarized, meaning copied from another source such as a website or book. Please put things in your own words.

Photographs

Please note that photographs are not being accepted for the page at this time. If you're looking for an opinion on a paranormal photograph, try the UFO-Free Message Board.

General Rules

1. I generally accept submissions in plain text only. However, if you need to send me something as an attachment, please email me first and we'll talk about it.
2. If you've submitted your item to another website, please let me know within the text of your message.
3. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please include that information at the beginning or end of your submission, NOT IN A SEPARATE EMAIL.
4. Please do not email me to ask me when your story will appear on the webpage. The fact is, I don't know when. You will be contacted when your story or article appears.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. I will answer you as best I can.

Note: I am not a psychic, ghostbuster, ghost hunter, or medium. I do not generally give advice on hauntings. If you are looking for assistance with things that may be happening to you, try the UFO-Free Message Board, the Ghosts and Hauntings FAQ, or the Your Questions Answered page.

Note 2: My default assumption is that anything that lands in my inbox is a story submission. If you don't mean to make your story public, please say so. I have no way of knowing otherwise!
